Part Two Technical Features for Fast Refrigeration Equipment for Tuna at Low Temperature at Tunny Extension Rope Fishing-ship(JQY, in short).
 
    DRC has satisfactorily met tuna fishery requirements in designing JQY fast refrigeration equipment, and has normally functioned long liner fisher for tuna within 1 to 1.5 years period of working.

  1. “Bingshan” refrigeration compressors and equipment for ships have authorized by China Classification Society and by the Bureau of Fisher Vessel Inspection LNY(CJ)of the Ministry of Agriculture of People’s Republic of China. The fast refrigeration equipment uses super-low-temperature high-speed multi-cylinders reverse-flow double-stages-in-single-unit reciprocating refrigeration compressors. Special designs for inlet pipe routes and valves have reduced compressor’s inlet pressure difference to the lowest, which functioned compressors at high vacuum efficiently. The most reasonable friction ratio of running mechanism has guaranteed compressors to operate stably; the sound fuel control design drive compressor to normal functions at stable fuel pressure. The fuel control condenser adopts refigerant cooling, so that the compressors operate under high-pressure ratio and stable fuel temperature. The compressors, after over 8,000 hours of actual simulation trials conducted on shake platform of ship, show that all technical indexes are up to design requirements for smooth and normal functioning. Moreover, 2-year actual function records have proved good. In 2001, “Bingshan” low temperature refrigeration equipment for ships was approved by “appraisals and inspections for new products and technologies” of Dalian Quality Supervision Administration Inspection Institute; and in 2002, was awarded “Key and New Product” by the State Economy and Trade Committee of China.
  2. Electronic expansion valve, thermostatic expansion valve, solenoid valve and temperature controls have applied accurate controls to overheating inhalation pressure and blowing-in and blowing-out wind, stable system operations ensured at -70℃. All the controls components are imported abroad, together with technical supports and quality guarantees from suppliers.
  3. Special treatments are done for easier-leaking components, running under high vacuum, of supportive valves and airproof units of refrigeration system. So the refrigeration can be normal in working at -70℃.
